Through data analysis, the delegation gained clear insights into Burundi’s major import source countries, companies involved in related product procurement, changes in product import volumes and prices, as well as potential trade opportunities within the market.

The International Market Department team then selected the “smartphone” product category as a case study and conducted a detailed analysis of its import performance in the Burundi market. The demonstration covered key information such as major supplier countries, importing companies, procurement volumes, and price trends.

Through real trade data analysis, the delegation gained a more intuitive understanding of the significant value that digital tools can bring to market research and international trade cooperation.

During the interactive discussion session, representatives from the Burundi delegation raised questions regarding platform applications, data sources, customer services, and how to connect with Chinese suppliers.
